2025
- 5-7/11: Exa-DoST Annual Assembly. Participated in my last (during PhD) NumPEx meeting at Inria Bordeaux, France. LinkedIn Post
- 30/06-11/07: Research Visit at TUM. Visited Technical University of Munich (TUM) for research collaboration with Prof. Nils Thuerey. Gave a talk on my recent work, attempted to use online training for PDETransformer.
- 16-20/06: Numerical Analysis School. Attended Numerical Analysis Summer School 2025 organised by Inria, EDF, and CEA in Saclay, France. [Link]
- 1/04: New Intern. Piere Cesar (M2) will work on generative active learning for online surrogate training within Melissa.
- 12-13/03: NumPEx General Assembly. Participated in the General NumPEx Meeting, that includes all projects and working groups, at INRIA Paris-Saclay, France. LInkedIn Post
- 3/02: New Intern. Emile Dugelay (M1) will work on foundation models (e.g., Poseidon) pretraining within Melissa.
2024
- 17-22/11: Supercomputing 2024. Attended SC24 conference in Atlanta, GA, USA. Presented my publication orally during the Ai for Science workshop. Video LinkedIn Post.
- 21-27/07: ICML2024. Attended ICML2024 conference in Vienna, Austria. It was a great opportunity to expand my network of connections and boil some discussions. My advisor presented Melissa during WANT workshop. LinkedIn Post.
- 29-31/05: GAP workshop. Attended Grenoble Artificial Intelligence for Physical Sciences workshop, organised by my advisor and other colleagues in Grenoble, France. I was volunteering to help with on-site organisation. LinkedIn Post.
2023
- 27/10: First Paper Accepted. My first paper got accepted at ML4Phys workshop at NeurIPS2023. Unfortunately, visa issues prevented me from attending the conference in person. Paper
- xx/06: Laboratory PhD Day. Presented my research in 120 seconds for a broad auditory and won the first place, which titled me to āThe Best PhD Studentā. Presentation(TBA), Photo(TBA).
- 21-23/03: Poster at JLESC. My first poster on āSteering Large Scale Ensemble Simulations for Online DNN Training with Adaptive Samplingā at the 15th JLESC Workshop in Bordeaux, France. Poster(TBA), Photo(TBA).
2022
- 4-5/07: ENGAGE meeting Inria-DFKI. Participated in ENGAGE project meeting in Paris, France. Gave a small talk on Simulation-Based Inference. Presentation, Photo(TBA).
- 30-31/05: The HPC-BigData INRIA Project LAB (IPL) - Plenary Meeting. Gave my first presentation on the topic of Simulation-Based Inference at Inria Paris, France. Presentation(TBA), Photo(TBA).
- 24/02, 1/03: Russian-Ukrainian War has started and Iāve arrived to Grenoble, France, to start my PhD on the 1st of March. Photo(TBA) with my advisor.
